Pros

Lovely students and few nice Colleagues

Cons

From the beginning, the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, making communication difficult and the work environment uncomfortable. One of the main selling points of this center is their claim of providing native English-speaking teachers. However, this is not the reality. Most of the teachers are not native speakers, despite being presented as such, which is misleading for parents who are paying for that specific standard. The overall quality of teaching is also concerning. Many teachers appeared underqualified and lacked proper training to effectively support students. Ironically, these same individuals are the ones deciding what is considered “good” or “bad” for both the company and the students, which raises serious doubts about the center’s standards. There is little to no room for growth within the organization. The staff operate in a closed circle and are resistant to new ideas or outside perspectives. It feels like an environment where things are intentionally kept “in the dark,” rather than improved—possibly to avoid being exposed. Additionally, the center relies on low-paid staff, including students, which raises ethical concerns and further impacts the quality of education. Overall, this is a toxic and misleading environment that does not reflect the image the company promotes. Based on my experience working there, I would strongly advise parents to be cautious before enrolling their children.

Pros

They're welcoming to most applicants and all teachers. It's a great entry job as a teacher. The salary is fair, they give lots of benefits like professional development meetings and staff parties. Most of the teachers and staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Cons

There isn't much professional development to go beyond this role, the material can still be improved.
