      Great employees that try their very best to get things accomplished even under the microscope of the County Librarian.

      Culturally bias thanks to the man in charge. Negative work environment at Main Library branch. Closed-minded management from the top.

      Decent benefits and reasonable work hours with “leave work at work” culture

      Not an innovative place due to lack of staff input being dismissed regularly and lack of internal mentorship with little chance of promotions
