Pros

The entire team at Tiro Associates is lovely, warm, and welcoming. From day one, you feel supported and valued. The training is in-depth and well structured, with plenty of guidance from experienced colleagues. It’s a positive environment where everyone wants to see you succeed. The company works with impressive clients across interesting industries, so no two days feel the same.

Cons

None that stand out - it’s genuinely a great place to work.

Pros

I was in my last job for 14 years and looking for a company to move to. I did my research and found Tiro. It was a big move for me and what really impressed me was Nicola's approach to recruitment. At the very heart was a strong ethical approach to delivering recruitment, business and the other was her personal input to helping me succeed. I have been here 7 years now and I must admit I have developed as a consultant well beyond my expectation. If someone would have said I would be working with the worlds greatest supercar OEM in Italy, I would have said you were mad. I am now working at the highest level engineering wise internationally, Nichola has helped me reach my potential with support and guidance. Over that time she has really helped me through those road blocks you go through in recruitment. Supporting in good and bad times to get you back on track. I really value that in a director. Someone who is there for you as a person all day long. She has always has an open approach to work and will not restrict you by location or technical focus. If you can make a success of it she will back you. The environment is challenging and difficult (and I mean challenging in a technically and complexity way) and is not for every recruiter consultant. Making that transition was hard but If you do things right, can keep pace with the learning curve and work in an honest and ethical way the business will look after you.

Cons

The Managing Directors singing, she really has the voice made for mime!
