nothing good because there are so many bad things in this company.

Over Micromanage!! What do you expect for had meeting after work hour? and after meeting, you need to stay up finish your task until midnight. And there is no pay for overtime!! very difficult for you to back to work ontime. All you need is stay up until 10/11 pm without any payment! And all task need boss approval, but boss always not in the office in the morning and they came late in the evening. So we need to wait for their approval and continue out work until midnight. VERY ABSURD!!

Poor leadership and constant micromanagement by the leaders and senior hr. Blame culture is real here. High turnover but no real reflection on why people keep leaving. The environment can be mentally exhausting.
