Nice people to work with, good products, just bad management skills.

Management has no idea what they are doing, and it shows. Constant “pivoting” and deviations that shouldn’t be occurring.

Challenging work, flexible, good environment to learn and get hands on, can work independently and not much micro managing, good location with no traffic during the commute

No growth, no benefits, no raises, instability and uncertainty, expected to do multiple roles, have to justify every dollar of spending, no support for employees
