Pros
Some of the workers are nice. Not many.
Cons
I want to share my experience regarding the current leadership at this company, particularly the CEO, who took over in mid-2023. It's important to note that the CEO listed on Glassdoor is outdated, likely because the company is aware of the negative reviews under the current leadership. Unfortunately, my observations have led me to question the integrity of the current CEO. On multiple occasions, I witnessed the CEO making disparaging remarks about employees in front of their peers, failing to fulfill promises of raises, shifting blame for mistakes, and being dishonest. The current CEO was promoted from COO to CEO after only three months, largely due to his relationship with the owner of the parent company, rather than proven leadership or management experience. The leadership team's treatment of employees mirrors their approach to customer relations, which has resulted in multiple lawsuits. Additionally, they have structured the Board of Directors to consist of themselves, which prevents employees from reporting any abusive behavior effectively. It is also worth noting that many of the positive reviews seem to originate from HR, the Marketing team, or a select group referred to as the "Ride or Die" group. This group receives preferential treatment and compensation that exceeds what their positions or experience typically warrant, which has led to a lack of respect for the CEO and his leadership team from the broader employee base.
