We are so sorry to hear that. Obviously, you're right this is not acceptable; however there must have been some form of miscommunication here as this is not a typical occurrence. Additionally, things do sometimes come up on both ends of the spectrum such as meetings running over, calls popping up, unexpected traffic incidents or getting lost on the way to the interview. When these things occur we are gracious and understanding and we would hope for our applicants to return the favor. Again we do not believe this is acceptable, but we are understanding and forgiving of unforeseen circumstances as we have all come across them from time to time. Thank you so much for your feedback.
