      Lack of work ethics, too much politics and racism. To be specific, very manipulative work environment. I experienced lack of work ethics, training and clear vision, they hired 4 people as a replacement for 1 person without thinking if they actually need 4 people or no.

      The company doesn't offer change to help individual office growth and profit structure. There answer is more the same and to cut employees. Huge disconnect in operations communication vs sales team Huge disconnect from home offices goals and function vs what happens day to day.
