      While I was employed it was great

      Cons

      The sold off their retail component, leaving them total reliant on the large bank and mortgage company business. When interest rates went up, the refi business stopped. When home values increased the foreclosure business stopped. This left Title365 with no business.

      Pros

      The CEO really knows how to be a leader. He will help with any issues no matter how busy he can get.

      Cons

      Being able to do more creative things with strategy. However, I was often stopped by red tape.
