Pros

Good atmosphere, great personalities, and usually energetic around the office. Decent benefits (no 401k matching) Solid first job Relatively large amount of influence on how your job is done Wages are competitive (on the lower end though)

Cons

No product or development vision. Entry-level employees are forced to 'figure it out'. "Inconsistencies" in what senior management says, and what they do. No budget for tools to better do our jobs - employees end up paying out of pocket. Complete inability to attract or pay top-tier talent, despite obvious need. Tendency to be micro-managed Coffee is rarely supplied, snacks even less so. Employees commonly must purchase their own IT hardware to do their jobs effectively (laptops, keyboard/mice, monitor adapter cables, and in some cases, desks) Job is challenging, but for all of the wrong reasons.

Pros

Tk20 and its people strive to continuously improve the work place as well as the product itself...and it shows. I can truly say that I enjoy working here with my colleagues and friends. Knowing that my work and what I do is having an impact and is appreciated is a great feeling and provides additional motivation to work harder.

Cons

Scheduling of employee appreciation/general celebratory events should happen further ahead of time. I have a tendency to miss them!

Pros

Great coworkers who are smart, passionate about their jobs, and willing to help you with anything All the La Croix and coffee you can drink, all the Costco snacks you can eat Work from home one day/week Overall, the office is upbeat and happy - there has never been a day when I dreaded coming to work Annual boat party Work/life balance is generally good, although it can get busy and stressful at times If you're starting your career or looking to enter the tech industry, the company is great launch pad

Cons

Zero strategy in terms of company structure and the product itself - it constantly changes. Customers have noticed and they aren't pleased. Little to no room for advancement: The company has stopped promoting from within and if you're doing well in your current position, then they are very unwilling to let you change roles. Benefits have improved, but they aren't the best and many people leave once they start a family. Employees aren't given the resources to do their jobs - you can't build a great company with mediocre support.
