Pros
Great work culture, awesome product, leadership really cares about employees. This company values their employees and has created an environment where people can thrive. Hackathons, work outings (like our annual Pig Roast), community service initiatives (runs for the Boston Marathon, Rosie's Place) keep the culture thriving. It's honestly one of the best places I've ever worked.
Cons
Every scaling company experiences growing pains, but overall, Toast has done a wonderful job maintaining a healthy culture and work environment.
