Pros

Used to be one of the best companies

Cons

-Below market average base salary -Unrealistic expectations put on employees (unless you want to eat breathe sleep Toast) -Heavily political with who gets rewarded and recognized -Managers who are too young with zero management experience are running teams with aggressive micro-management tactics. This has eliminated the possibility for career growth individually and fed this mindset that employees are never doing good enough. Truly a toxic setup. -Lack of respect for their employees

This review was really tough to read, but I fully appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback .We’ve built our culture and values around the themes of empathy, collaboration, hospitality and inclusivity and I’m disappointed that your experience did not reflect these values. We’re far from perfect but have been working hard to improve upon many of the areas that you mentioned in your review, particularly work-life integration and manager development. I’m proud of the progress that we’ve made, but I know we still have work to do. Our recent layoff was incredibly difficult and impacted many talented toasters. Pros

Flexible hybrid work, great culture working for the company, benefits and pay is pretty good as well

Cons

Can feel hard to move within the company as opportunities don't open up often for specialist to move upwards

Pros

-Strong pay (if you hit your numbers) -Ambitious goals that challenge you -Competitive landscape that will force you to get better beyond exclusively selling -Founders still very involved and very visible to the company and employees -Team cultures are always strong -For sales, you always get in touch with prospects, which is an underrated pro -When leadership promotes internal mobility and career development they mean it and support it

Cons

-Numerous Sales teams that share the same markets/TAMs. Customers and prospects get exhausted of outreach - Since going public, the goal posts keep moving forward even if 60% of the org hit goal. -A number of core leaders have left, new ones still learning the ropes which was hindering the orgs and teams
