Although I am disappointed to hear that you didn't have a more positive experience at Toast, this information helps us understand where we can do better as an organization. I'm not sure when you left Toast, but I am pleased to share that we have already made progress in many of the areas you've highlighted, including career development, manager training, and recognition programs. I am sorry that you felt under appreciated during your time here.
