Although I am disappointed to hear about your challenges while at Toast, I am grateful that you took the time to share this feedback. Over the past year, we have experienced many new and unexpected challenges, which in turn impacted our team structure and workload. We have been on a road of recovery which has included focusing on staffing levels, process improvements, job skills enablement, compensation and employee recognition. While we've made progress against these plans, we know there is still more work to do. Over the past year across CS, we've added many new employees to the team, including bringing back many of our alumni CS'ers, with the intent of ensuring a much better work/life balance. Again, we know that there is still work to be done in the work/life balance space, and our leadership team remains dedicated to ensuring that all Toasters feel appreciated and well supported.
