They pay for performance, so if you over perform on KPIs, you are paid for it - not just a pat on the back. Benefits are standard. Flexible schedule, remote. A lot of anonymity while working. Co-working space stipend.
Cons
A lot of things are still done manually (system set ups). Client base can be difficult. Metrics are getting tougher and feel more difficult to attain. Struggled with finding a path to grow my career outside of my current position.
