Pros

- You are trusted as an employe, work is valued - Technical management is top notch and competent, if you need something, they'll do their best to get it - Very high standard of developer working here - Annual offisite (Ibiza and San Francisco!) - Frequent parties, night outs and social activities (running, football, movies, hiking, climbing, ...) - Developers meetups, where you get a chance to present and show what you do in front of your peers - Pragmatic approach to assessing problems. Not a blame culture - Huge amount of effort is put in to try and keep everybody happy - Plenty of opportunity to work with different technology though

Cons

- Sometimes stressfull, but the team is close and supportive. - Relatively flat organisational structure means there isn't as much opportunity for formal promotion as one might find in a much larger company or one that has more of a traditional hierarchy. - Be careful, working here will spoil you for other companies

Pros

**Applies to the SF office** Free kitchen food The work is easy You will never stay late Office is in SOMA

Cons

Lack of leadership Inexperienced SF management The work is lacking creatively No office structure London HR is controlling One London director is impossible to work/communicate with The SF office is in a transitional phase so there are still a lot of kinks to work out but the main issue here is the lack of true leadership coming from the London office. The SF office is being led by inexperienced management that think they know how to run an agency. As good as the intentions are, there is a lot more damage being done than being fixed. London would see the issue if they had more of a presence in this office. It sends a message to the employees currently working here that they don't really care what happens within their own company when the people left in charge are able take advantage of their position.
