      Pros

      The people are nice and friendly, the product is good.

      Cons

      Constantly re-org and layoffs every 6 months creates a anxious space where nobody feels safe. Micromanagement became normal. Great people are leaving the company.

      - Flexible WFH - Nice colleagues - Fridays off in Summer

      - Dreadful pay, far under the average for this type of sales - Completely fractured leadership - Poor future vision and no awareness of what the market actually needs - Unrealistic expectations from executive team
