Development team is small and spread across multiple projects. Expect to do most of a project yourself. Concerned more with delivery to clients than implementation. No strong web development anchor. Be prepared to learn by yourself, and learn from the people who also learned by themselves on the job from the web. No engineering process. May not be a strong concerns since most most of the time, developers work alone. Good if you prefer that freedom. There is no code review. No good way to learn other than from the web. An environment of secrecy and sometimes dishonesty and hiding from the CEO. Doesn't issue pay slips automatically every month, despite already sounding out concerns way back. Request for pay slips takes long time. Doesn't pay CPF on time. Still being owed months of CPF despite requests to resolve for months. Able to hire more people but not pay CPF. If you want to join, best if you are not PR or Singaporean. Salary is not automatically "GIRO" in, if you are looking to take advantage of additional interest for your bank account using salary, this is not possible.
