Pros

Youth driven, creative staff made for a fun atmosphere at times

Cons

-While working there it seemed management did not care about the health and well being of their staff - all management wanted was for you to work your fingers to the bone to make the client happy (I worked about 7days a week with NO THANK YOUs) -Agency allowed the clients to run over them, setting unrealistic deadlines and treating agency employees like slaves - management did not stand up for their hard working employees which was a shame!

Tocquigny Response

Wow that is quite an insult. Texas is a right-to-work state and our employees work at Tocquigny because they choose to. Our agency has survived and thrived for 34 years by being good at what we do, providing good marketing for clients and an attractive place to work for employees who choose to be with us. In the five years since this review was posted we have progressed and built our team with people who are all aligned with our values. I'd be happy to discuss this with the author of the posting.

Pros

Exciting, learn lots of client categories, good culture to innovate, cool office space.

Cons

Stressful and personality-driven like any agency. People can be a little harsh to each other but it's a person to person basis.
