      Pros

      Really value staff welfare. Big company that feels like a small company. Well organised head office and business team .

      Cons

      Too London centric at times for a national company. Doesn't acknowledge enough the non mental health services it provides such as advocacy .

      Great Mission for kids and families.

      Cons

      Leadership is very inexperienced and have taken on too much to lead this organization to the success it should be able to obtain. A Masters in Public Administration isn't quite what you need to lead and be successful with a small nonprofit. Experience is key and the 2 leaders don't have it yet even though they are trying,
