Can be a very stressful role when staff is low, this then causes others to go off sick or leave increasing staff turnover but this is the same across all housing compaines and front line careers.

Process is very streamlined and the communication cycle was excellent. Contact was regular and I was always in the loop. Pre interview assesment as Technical Role was 45 mins. Face to face interview was one hour and felt very relaxed. Having worked here for 2 months it's clear to see that 'the people' are they key things that make this place a great company to work for. A competitive salary, dental/healthcare, fantastic pension and AVC structure and flexible working. Having worked in the financial sector for 30 years this place is a breath of fresh air and 'modern'.
