      Pros

      Good colleagues, nice office and not much workload.

      Cons

      The nature of that business model is risky and has too much competition but I do not think management has a strong strategy and is competent compared to other consultant companies. This situation may affect the job security of employees.

      They are willing to hire internationals (but no relacation assitance offered) Managers are good people and try to advocate for you Good clients portfolio for MedTech and Automotive

      Low salary - given their side they will try to lower the bar as much as they can No job security
