- Communication between departments could be improved. - Collaboration could be better between teams who are one their own islands working on their own projects. Some missed opportunities occur when people work siloed. This is being worked on though. - Company future is a bit ambiguous. In tech things are always changing. - Owned by Telefonica so a bit of big brother stuff, but not terrible. - Engineering driven, which can be challenging for less technical employees.
