Pros
It's not an environment where you are under constant threat of being fired or replaced. Okay bonus. Nice people.
Cons
Pay is on the lower side. No real stock options and bonus is applied the same to all, i.e., there doesn't seem to be a merit aspect to it. Not much of a career path.
