      Inspiring, ambitious, high energy environment. Exciting and groundbreaking projects to be involved in. Great workforce of young design-conscious people, excellent starting place in the creative industry.

      Cons

      Management bureaucracy, command-and-control style of leadership, unrealistically high investor expectations, high staff turnover. Turned toxic for a lot of people.

      Being a in a US based office for a UK company, there were a lot of things that seemed to be "lost in translation" UK management seemed to be somewhat detached from US opterations.
