Can’t think of a downside

I would say the best part about working at Tomah Memorial is that the atmosphere is so family friendly. We spend a large amount of time here so it's nice that we can be friends with our coworkers, it makes long days easier. I feel that my supervisor cares about me and doesn't just view me as someone who works for her. The benefits here are very competitive. It is nice that we receive 50% off anything our insurance doesn't pay for. We receive a nice amount of vacation time, however I have to subtract quite a few holidays out of my vacation time due to my department not being open on holidays.

I feel that the compensation I receive is not a true reflection of what I am doing and feel that for my position the pay could be slightly higher. I also do not believe there is really any chance of growth in my position or within my department.
