      Pros

      You are left alone by the management. Which means that if you want to be lazy you can easily get away with it. However, if you want to be productive, there isn't any infrastructure or support to do so.

      Cons

      It is very dull work. Management are very closed minded for the needs of their employees.

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with staff and most employers in IT. It was fast paced and treated employees with respect.

      Cons

      Pay scale nor raises were handed out much. However the company was in a deep recession and infrastructure was being adjusted, so I understood. Minimal roles and staff made it difficult to maneuver.
