Pros

The degree of communication, positivity, professionalism, and friendliness were as high as I've experienced.

Cons

I truly cannot think of a shortcoming, although I may be bias because I landed one of the positions.

Pros

Great salary Great camaraderie that included management

Cons

I was laid off after about 2.5 months, despite initially being told the contract was expected to be stable. My understanding is that the company restructured its approach to the contract, which resulted in my role being eliminated shortly after I joined. During my time there, workflows and expectations were often unclear or shifted as priorities changed. This made it difficult to get traction in the role and added a fair amount of uncertainty day to day. Based on my experience, I would be cautious if you’re specifically looking for a stable, long-term position, as organizational priorities appeared to change quickly.
