Pros
- The company has a very interesting business and product, with significant growth potential. - They are attentive to new technologies and quickly integrate innovative tools into their product. - The team as a whole is very united, and initially, employees are motivated and deeply committed to the company.
Cons
- Micromanagement is taken to an extreme level across all teams. Excellent professionals are hired, but they are not given the freedom to innovate or work/manage differently. - Conflicts within the team are suppressed rather than being resolved at their core, and poor managers are allowed to continue leading teams. Flattery and incompetence seem to go hand in hand in this company. - The CTO of this company repeatedly engages in conflicts with various individuals, leading some of them to resign. This occurs both within his team and across other teams, with no repercussions, always with the support of the CEO. This workplace harassment goes unpunished. - Salaries are low. - Employees are encouraged to work outside of their regular hours, yet this effort goes unrecognized and unrewarded. - Mental health is not a priority for the management of this company.
