Tonik is easily the best place I have ever worked. The environment is relaxed and targets are very achievable. Everyone is really friendly and sociable and the office is really cool. We have great break out areas and also a rooftop which is lush in the summer. Great office vibes and lots of social events, the quizzes and parties are fab!

I feel a little sad reading some of the latest reviews. Has Tonik changed? Yes! But if a company is growing how can it’s people not be expected to grow with it? The mentality of the MST staff is probably the biggest issue here. Some people are really petty and instead of speaking up when they have an issue they just spread negativity which breeds. It’s most likely these bitter people that have come on here to leave a bad review yet some of these are still working here? Those that think they are better off somewhere else will have a real shock when they get monitored and managed for every minute they spend in the toilet or making a coffee! Sometimes it feels like there is a lack of direction and a lot to do but if I’m honest, everyone knows what they should be doing yet they choose to be lazy and this is why we are constantly put under pressure. The bad apples need to be managed!

I've worked at Tonik since it first started. 2 years down the line and whilst we have grown massively Tonik still has the same charm and culture of a start up business. Its fast paced and everyone is expected to play their part. On my first day we were told that everyone has a voice no matter who you are and how long you've been there. The only request is that if you identify issues or improvement you need to come up with ideas and solutions rather than expect management to fix everything. I love that. It makes me feel empowered and valued. The other thing i love is that we don't have managers, we have leaders. Unlike other businesses i have worked in, Leaders at Tonik don't put themselves on pedestals and look down on people. They roll their sleeves up and muck in. I think if you walked into the office as a stranger you wouldn't be able to easily identify senior leaders from new starters. Most of all though i love my colleagues. We recruit based on attitude and personality. It means that we have a brill bunch of people who would do anything for one another.

As a growing business sometimes it gets hectic. Its not a 9-5 type of place. I like that but others might not.
