Pros
Reasonable about taking breaks and having a free dinner on a shift, usually good for getting holiday time u want.
Cons
Constantly having to fight to get the wages you have worked for - regularly under pay their staff 'by accident', often wages will go in to your bank days later than they are supposed to. Most staff have not signed contracts, even after several years. Never once seen someone offered a pay rise.
