      I feel respected, valued and useful. On top of the mission this makes it a great place to work.

      Cons

      You have to be able to work in a fast changing environment, but that comes with the phase the organization is in I think

      Horrible leadership! The most incompetent Senior leadership I have ever seen. It's as if their goal is to run the company into the ground. Do not expect to last more than a year in this role
