      Pros

      I'm not one for regrets EVER but boy do I wish I had joined TGTG years ago. The company's mission is amazing, the people are adorable and the management, even to the very top are approachable, transparent and kind. Interview was thorough, on-boarding and training is second to none.

      Cons

      Nope none so far! adding a yay! as need to have at least five words here :-P

      Horrible leadership! The most incompetent Senior leadership I have ever seen. It's as if their goal is to run the company into the ground. Do not expect to last more than a year in this role
