- Fake culture, they pretend like it's a fun work culture where your voice can be heard but that's far from the truth - Clique culture where you will only progress if your management likes you - If you're a person of colour and you have an opinion it's constantly pushed back and you're seen as a problem - If you're too quiet there's no hope for you - Fake HR team, just backs everything management says actually not there to help the employees at all - Horrible feedback culture, they ask for feedback for the sake of it but when you give valuable feedback management just pushes back and do what they want anyway - They don't care about employees - 121s are a waste of time, it's all about knit picking on the negatives and never praising you for the good work you're doing - Middle management have no backbone, they're scared of senior management - Senior management have no empathy, they act like robots but expect employees to have empathy with customers - HR also scared of senior management, no backbone - Constant changes of processes that don't need to be changed just so senior management can look like they're doing work - If you're a person of colour just forget about promotion into another team they'll tell you you don't have the relevant experience whilst another colleague will get that exact same job and you were both doing the exact same thing - Diversity and inclusion is in the bin. No amount of samosas for Diwali or Vegan Caribbean food can make up for this
