Being at Toolsvilla gave me the opportunity to wear multiple hats, which helped me grow faster. I really appreciate the learning culture. If only we had Saturdays off and more team engagement activities, the experience would be even better.

I love the challenges and the meaningful work I do here every day. The management is mostly supportive, and the salary is always on time. But I feel the company could work on reducing pressure with more realistic deadlines.
