Make your schedule. Teammates are helpful. Modern software like Salesforce and Jira. Problem solving is easy for customers.
Cons
Day-to-day is iterative and can feel more like a help desk than analytical thinking. Support is never ending and there is very little downtime. Work gets repetitive after a while. Is a startup and feels like it, but that could be a pro for you. Company communication could be better.
