      -Great culture & benefits -Nice, talented colleagues -Growth opportunities given upward trajectory of the firm

      Cons

      -The company has grown quickly in headcount over the last few years, this of course has it's growing pains sometimes about who to go to for what, but I find this isn't a huge issue for me
