Pros
This company tells you about all the growth and benefits, but they just try to get you hooked on it, so you sell for them and in the end nothing. So zero PROS
Cons
-Working 6 days a week. -They claim that they are working with all these different clients and etc, while they only have 1 major client. Even their website has no portfolio or any clients they work with, almost looks like a scam. - Advertised position did not say anything about soliciting random people walking on the streets. It sounded like a legit marketing office job. - They don't really have actual office, 1-2 small rooms inside a production house with other businesses. - They really go hard on interviewing people, they make you go to couple of interviews. One interview consists of you standing outside for several hours taking notes and answering questions while you watch your trainer solicit people. In the end you have to take a long test. Almost looks like you are getting hired for a CEO position and not street solicitor. -They make you solicit people walking on the street for all the days. Absolutely zero OFFICE work, all you do is come up to strangers and try to solicit them to buy product for 6 days straight, no matter what weather it is. -For 6 days you will be making minimum wage, while getting rejected and cursed out by people walking the streets. - They tell you that it only takes few weeks to move up and grow, while they already have a big team, there is no way that all those people will move up same time as you. - Even when you get promoted you still have to be on the streets and soliciting strangers.
