      Safety and Community are more established through the company's employees however i can say management will listen when asked or refereed to

      long hours most of the cons are from subcontractors and other building management problems

      Safety and training materials easily available, HR at corporate office are super helpful

      Cons

      District Management slashed several jobs in one day, upper management is not trustworthy. Treated as a number and not a human being.
