Pros

A clear vision and identity. Honest leadership. Provides “flexible” growth for employees. A culture of collaboration. As little politics as possible. Promotes meritocracy. Open communication. ... Craves honest feedback from its employees.

Cons

In this category, I would like to give my feedback on highly skilled & professional employees/interns who believe in utilizing their time in unnecessarily spoiling the image of the company instead of correcting themselves: 1) Taking leaves without informing their managers. 2) Switching off their Phone for a number of days and by the end of the month they just come and ask us to pay for 3-4 days they worked. 3) Taking work for granted. Some interns were not even able to complete 3 days project in 10 days. 4) Field interns and employees turn off their location so that they can chill at home during working hours. Even after getting calls & warning from the company.

Pros

ophawks is a fast-paced and performance-driven organization with a strong execution mindset. As a Manager – Client Acquisition, I’ve had significant autonomy in driving enterprise conversations across staffing, mystery audits, BTL activations, and data collection mandates. Key strengths: Clear revenue-focused leadership Quick decision-making without excessive hierarchy Strong backend operations team that supports sales commitments Real-time reporting infrastructure that helps close enterprise deals Exposure to large brands and multi-city projects The operations and field teams are highly dependable, which makes it easier to confidently pitch aggressive timelines to clients. There is strong ownership culture — if you deliver results, you are recognized.

Cons

The environment is target-driven, which may not suit individuals looking for a slow-paced role. Timelines can be tight, especially during peak retail or activation seasons. Processes are evolving as the company scales, so adaptability is important.
