      Pros

      TopHire is my first company and I started my career with it. It has never failed to give me the best opportunities in the recruitment marketplace and the work culture is amazing. I have explored great opportunities here and everyone is so accessible.

      The work pressure could be immense as it is growing rapidly but not non manageable

      -Huge learning curve -Salary on time

      Cons

      -At times, Frequent agressive and confrontational communication from a founding member -Minor issues were often escalated unnecessarily and feedback sometimes included character-focused remarks instead of clear feedback -Micromanagement by managers -Long working hours
