Excellent, encouraging, and transparent management team. Great daily opportunities (via Slack) to talk with fellow writers and get tips, helpful advice, and real-time responses from them or management. The company also provides in-house templates for correspondence, resumes, letters, etc. to help you with client communication or resume writing.
Cons
If a client doesn't respond to your initial email requesting their approval to proceed with their draft, it negatively affects your conversion rate, which is calculated to get you to Senior Writer status. This is discouraging, when you know you are doing everything you're asked to do by management and were not hired to be a salesperson, rather a resume writer.
