A family owned company whose founder was an exceptional human being - very caring for the employees and customers. Current CEO is his son - trying to follow the same values. Overall environment is positive.

One part of the company has prominence of old time employees - who has been there for decades with some of them in their first job out of school and still there. No comparative experience of outside world ! Newer group of managers are trying to make the company more professional - some are successful, others are clueless. Incompetent managers have taken high positions and executive leadership have no idea who the culprits are. Mid-management are hard working and carries the most load.
