Pros
Some of the people working there were nice. Met some too with great life goals/plans for after they leave the company.
Cons
The warehouse management was often micromanaging every little thing I did. As if they don't trust you to do a good job. The "sometimes we do overtime" turned out to be every day due to tasks being not given to you until close to the end of the day. So I had to spend the morning halves killing time to stay busy.
But the worst thing was having to deal with a long term disrespectful coworker who I often heard talking about me behind my back. Brought it to the attention of the warehouse manager but they didn't do anything about. It made it a very toxic environment. I walked in there every day wondering what drama I would have to deal with that day.
The pay rate for the job and work environment in my opinion is too low for the stress it brings. In the end I quit and got a call from the HR, not to ask why I left, but for the locker key. That tells me what the company care about most.
