In my experience here are my pros: - The atmosphere is positive, all of my colleagues are fun - Management is motivating & approachable - Mistakes are viewed as an opportunity to improve - Management doesn't tolerate employee's being toxic to one another, they protect their employee's - Management listens to employee requests - generous - There is plenty of opportunity to grow - There is a lot to learn about business and the industry itself - Very organized and always improving the processes - The industry is growing and has so much potential - Work life balance is easy to maintain

In my experience here are my cons: - It can be tiring if you strain yourself due to the physical role, it helps to be fit - Complex and international orders can be a challenge, it helps to take notes and be motivated to learn the process very well to help them run smoothly
