Friendly people Relaxed working environment No pressure Trendy market to be in Decent taxable benefits, if you're into that sort of thing Bonus (if your manager likes you) Regular company updates, very transparent about company performance

Bit boring Tech is outdated, including dev environment They don't provide equipment for working remotely just crappy remote desktop connections Super restrictive IT department People who try and make things better face a lot of push back from long timers 40h week Don't follow good SW engineering practices Some of the design decisions are questionable
