I have worked with Torticity for almost a year and have had nothing but a positive experience. While the work is challenging, I know that we are making a difference in the lives of the people we are helping. This is underscored by CEO's constant mantra of "do the right thing". The management has ran with that sentiment as evidenced through their decision making and day-to-day operations. This kind of culture creates a sense of trust and purpose that is hard to find. In addition, I genuinely feel valued as an employee with my achievement recognized, feedback encouraged, and opportunities to grow. Torticity is collaborative, supportive and filled with people taking pride in what they do.

With a strong focus on innovation and helping the clients, things can move quickly at times. But, it keeps the work engaging and impactful.

As Chief People Officer, I have spent the past year and a half listening closely to the sentiments shared at the workplace and here. These perspectives matter to us. Given my role, I am not here to validate or invalidate anyone’s individual experience. Every voice reflects a personal journey, and we respect that. What we will say is this: if you worked with us or partnered with us and, at any point, we did not meet the standard you expected, that is something we took seriously and have worked hard to learn from.
