      None. There was nothing positive about this job.

      Cons

      Too much stress, long hours, no apreciation from management. Office politics and back stabbing is out of control and management does nothing. Turn over is very high and there is a reason.

      Pros

      Flexible hybrid work, lots of freedom and autonomy, good biz performance and budget, feel respected and valued, pay is much better than the competitor I previously worked for

      Cons

      Limited opportunities to move up due to small subsidiary size, lots of meetings and some repetitive work, no real office perks like food etc, sometimes work/life balance are not good but it evens out over time
