Pros

If you want to learn about health insurance or need a refresher, this is the place to be at. The co-workers are great, thank goodness for them to keep the place sane.

Cons

I worked for many companies and never wrote a review. But this one, I will write one. Cons... a whole lot! I was hired full time. When I first started, it seem promising. A week or two is still fairly nice. A month or two later, you start to notice how TBS is unprofessional. They have cameras in every inch of the facility. Quite creepy, if you ask me. Mangers would make smart comments and that is not okay. If you're not one of the big boys or their favorite. You get treated like trash. Lots of favoritism, where one can come in late, call out, be on the phones and others get reprimanded for doing the same. They have high turnovers, most didn't last a month. It has gotten so bad, clients noticed too! They offered food and snacks, which I thought was really nice, turns out they were expired. The benefits are not great, they did not offer 401K, and PTO is accumulated an hour per month. Yes an hour!! It did not matter if you went above and beyond for the clients, they do not acknowledge your efforts or teamwork. Micromanaged everything, it felt like they watched your every move.

Pros

- okay for some one without previous experience looking for office setting work or looking for a hands on opportunity learning about the healthcare industry in general.

Cons

-Unprofessional bosses. -No 401k, despite empty promises from owner. -Favoritism in the company, some people can be late and spend the day on their phones while others get in trouble for doing the same. -No good enough incentive in order to retain employees. -Turnover rate was extremely high. No one lasts more than a few months and even clients would even notice this because it was so frequent. - Forget about a raise. Its not happening no matter what is said during the interview. -Beware when applying, the job description will sound much more interesting than it actually is. -No reward system to encourage employees. -highly limited amount of roles to play because they are too cheap to pay anyone to stay. they would rather overwork an employee out for as little pay as possible and then fire them due to "mistakes" or after having asked for a raise one too many times. -Micro-Management is insane! Cameras everywhere which is not necessary. There are corporate companies that deal with much more sensitive information and client money and accounts who do not have so many cameras. -If these aren't enough to make you not want to work at that place, then give it a shot, but I promise you will regret it.

Employees have historically stayed for 5+ years. You have to work here for more than 100 days to know that, or to get an increase in compensation, or to get a bonus. Perhaps not spending your entire day doing personal business, online shopping and applying for other jobs might allow a person to complete their jobs or get to know their coworkers and company.
