Pros
Autonomy, agility, trust, empathy and transparency. Those are are the building blocks for a great company and we have them in spades. Everyone who works here does it because they care about mental health, and helping people in some shape or form. Not only does this come through in your day to day interactions, but it’s what drives us to do what we do.
Cons
Growing pains. We’re still a start up, so there are obviously cons. Sometimes we’re low on resources to move as quickly as we’d like. But honestly, what we manage to do with the resources we have is nothing short of amazing.
